Online/DSA Website Meet Registration
 
For more information, sign into your DSA account/website, use the side menu and click Help & Training > Help Center.   
 
1.  Sign in to your team's TeamUnify website.
 
2.  Go to the Events page.
  • In the side menu click Events & Competition > Team Events.
​3.  Find the appropriate meet and read all meet/event information, including.....
  • Registration deadline.
  • Maximum event entry limitations (View).
  • Meet packet, found under the Forms/Documents section.
4.  Click your desired event’s Attend/Decline (or Edit Commitment) button.
  • Click the name of your athlete whom you want to attend.
5.  Click the Declaration dropdown

  • Yes, please sign [Name] up for this event 
  • or No, thanks, [Name] will NOT attend this event, enter any Notes you want the coach to see, and then click Save Changes).
​6.  Select your events by checking the boxes (< left column) of the events you want your athlete to enter.
  • If applicable, please take careful notice of the time standards that must be met (Qualify Time > right column).
  • Red times (not qualified) indicate your athlete is not qualified to enter those events.
  • Black times indicate those events are available for your athlete to swim.

7.   When finished, click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

8.  Repeat for all your other athletes.

  • Your primary coach or team administrator will review your declaration and Approve or reject your request.
  • Once entries are approved, you will be able to review by signing in and clicking on the Attend This Event button for any events listed on our team website.
  • Look at the Coach Approval column for the events you have been confirmed to swim.​
