Swim-a-thon Congratulations to all the swimmers who participated in last weekend's Swim-a-thon. As of this morning, the donation total reached $8,659.96 with 49 swimmers participating in the event. Great job everyone! We especially want to thank the many parents who not only helped our kids with donations but showed up with a tremendous amount of food for our hungry swimmers. Swim-a-thon Update The MACS Swim-a-thon is tomorrow, May 5th at Pier Point. Here is the schedule for all practice groups: 7-9am Sectionals, Senior 3, Senior 5 9:15-11:15am Age Groups 1-4, Mini Macs The early group will be finishing around 9am and the later group will be in the pool at 9:15am. The Tagawa Giveback Program for MACS is Back! MACS is partnering with Tagawa Gardens again this spring for a very easy fundraising program. MACS supporters may purchase items at Tagawa between April 13 and June 13 and present a MACS card to the cashier at the time of purchase. Practice Group Moves We strive to place swimmers in a practice group in which they will receive the practices necessary for their level of stroke technique, endurance, and maturity. Group placement is a coaching decision based on what is best for each individual and the practice group.
