Results

  • Ensure that your Meet Manager Backup has the following correctly entered in the Meet Setup
    • Meet name (should match what is on the sanction and calendar)
    • Facility Name
    • City, State, Zip, Country
    • Sanction number starting with OZ-
    • Start and End Dates
    • Host LSC
    • Course
  • Send a copy of meet results (PDF), a locked Meet Manager backup database, and TM Results file to Trish Grant within seven (7) days of the meet's conclusion.
  • A Club Admin can upload meet results directly to SWIMS 3.0 within seven (7) days of the meet's conclusion. You must use an unzipped file. 

Meet Fees

  • No later than 30 days of the meet's conclusion, send the following items to Trish Grant:
    • Submit the Meet Fees Worksheet: Please NOTE: The only forgiven fees able to be deducted are those of outreach athletes' entry fees (excluding surcharge and relay fees) that you did NOT receive reimbursement for by other means (including Ozark Swimming). The Meet Manager Team Entry Fee Report must be attached to your submission
    • Payment for meet fees:
      • IF your club does NOT have an Ozark TU account, send payment to: Ozark Treasurer, c/o Trish Grant, 3733 S State Rte 159 #235, Glen Carbon IL 62034
      • IFyour club DOES have an Ozark TU account, you WILL be invoiced.
      • If Meet fees are not received, the host club will not be in good standing and will not have any further meet sanctions approved.
