• How to Verify Registrations
  • Pre-meet reconciliation of entered athletes is critical for identifying non-registered or improperly transferred athletes. Sending in a USA-S Registration file to the registrar will highlight any exceptions for your correction. It is the only method to verify registrations from another LSC or the number of meets remaining for a Flex athlete. All meet hosts are required to submit the USA-S Registration file prior to the start of the meet for the registration chair to be run.

After the Meet:

• Meet Results
  • Confirm Meet Setup includes the correct meet name, facility name, location, sanction number, start and end dates, host LSC and course. 
  • Email Hy-Tek backup file to [email protected].
  • Submit results as soon as possible, but no later than 10 days after the meet. Other teams may depend on the results in SWIMS for entries in other meets. 
• Meet Report UPDATED 9/1/2023 (submitted online)
• Financial Summary UPDATED 12/22/23 (submitted online with the meet report)
• Pay Meet Surcharge Invoice
  • After submitting the meet report, your billing contact will receive an invoice for the meet surcharge.
