Dear Parents and Swimmers, Due to the cold weather and pool temperatures at Central Park, listed below are your practice options for each group. 3:45 p.m. Group: All 3:45pm groups will have dry land training with Coach Tom at the normal time at Central Park. The 2009 Mutual of Omaha Duel in the Pool will be held Friday (12/18) and Saturday in Manchester, England. For more information about the meet, in which the U.S. will take on all-stars from Germany, Great Britain and Italy, go to duelinthepool.com. The meet will be broadcast Dec. 27 on NBC.

There will be no practice for all groups December 24-26, and December 31-January 2. Practice Monday December 21-23 and December 28-30 for all 5pm groups will be held at 7am-9am AND 5pm-6:30pm. 3:45pm groups will remain the same on these days, as will Coach Jimmy's 3:30pm group. A water polo schedule will be out in the next few days.

PST Entries Directions to the Swimming Hall of Fame: Take 595 east. Exit to US-1 North. Go north on US-1 to SE 17th St and turn right (east). US-1 will become A1A. Turn left on Hall of Fame Dr. You may need to go a block or two north and turn around to find parking. Warm up will begin at 10am. All events will be on Saturday December 5th. There are no events on Sunday.
