Every year ESPN hosts their version of the Oscars, known as the ESPY Awards. This year Michael Phelps and Natalie Coughlin are up for multiple awards. Help these amazing swimmers get the credit they deserve by voting for them here!

There will be no afternoon practice for all 3:45pm groups Friday July 3rd due to the holiday weekend. 5pm groups do not have practice on Friday afternoons for the remainder of the summer.

CONGRATULATIONS! to the PST Masters on their 3rd place finish at the 2009 Dixie Zone Long Course Championships. The group of Heidi Hester, Vi-An Le, Carlos Ochoa, Todd Wilson, and Coach Tom Cuticchia scored 257 points to place 3rd out of 16 teams. The Masters Team will compete next month at the Plantation Piranhas LCM Masters Invite July 17-18.
