Great Lakes Open Water Championship coming up. Entries open NOW!

The Great Lakes LSC Open Water Championships will be held on Thursday, June 27th, 2024 at Lake Andrea, Pleasant Prairie Wisconsin. Multiple LSCs will be participating - IL, IA, MI, and WI, and the meet has been designated as the 2024 IASI Open Water Championships.

Registration for the meet will open on June 1st and continue through June 20th.

IASI Awards:

• Iowa athletes will be scored independently from the rest of the meet.
• Medals will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in each event, and the team winner will be awarded a plaque. 
• These awards will be presented during the Saturday finals (13-14 and Senior) and timed finals ( 10 & under and 11-12) sessions of IASI Long Course Championships.

Scoring:

The Top Ten in each age group will receive 20-17-15-13-11-9-7-5-3-1 points for first through tenth.

Results for just IASI will be published after compiling results of just the Iowa Swimmers who compete at this meet.
