Coach Mental Health and Wellness
Coach, Provisional Coach, & Junior Coach Registration & Certification
It is the responsibility of all Non-Athlete members to monitor and maintain their current certifications.
Registration as a Non-Athlete member of USA Swimming is done online. Please contact your club for assistance. Unattached persons seeking coach regsitration and certification should contact the IASI Registrar for assistance. Registration must be done first before certifications can be completed.
Becoming a USA Swimming Certified Coach with a Disability - All online coach certification requirements must be completed. CPR/AED and InWater Safety Training include skill demonstrations that people with certain disabilities may be unable to participate in. In this event, the coach candidate should complete the Waiver for Coaches with Physical Disabilities, and follow the procedures detailed there. Contact IASI Membership & Registration for assistance.

ASCA Certification Credit - ASCA will give 3 units of certification credit to coaches who attend an Online Clinic. To get credit, you need to email [email protected] with the date and title of the clinic. Questions should be directed to ASCA.
