The Annual Meeting of New England Swimming will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at the former Harvard Pilgrim Building, Wellesley, MA). Each club is entitled to one club delegate and one athlete At-Large delegate (see below lists). Club delegates were named on the 2017 USA Swimming Club renewal form. Review the list to see if your club has submitted a name. If not, or you want to change the name, please present this form at the door with the proper signatures. Athlete At-Large, and alternate, delegates were voted into place in February based on the names submitted on the 2017 USA Swimming Club renewal form and cannot be changed for this year. All members of the New England Community are encouraged to attend even if they do not have a vote.
Delegates must present some form of official identification and be 2017 USA Swimming registered in good standing to be eligible to vote at the Annual Meeting.

Stroke and Turn Clinic for Officials: 8:30 AM - 10:30
Starters Clinic: 8:30 AM - 10:30
Referee Clinic: 10:30 - 12 noon
MEET MANAGERS and AO's:
HYTEK 101: 8:30 - 10:30 AM Workshop for beginner Hy-tek Meet Manager users
MEET MANAGERS 101:10:45 - 11:45 AM: Learn how to be a Meet Manager. This is a required class for Meet Manager certification
MEET MANAGER & Admin Official RE-CERT: 11:45 - 12:30 This class will review current and new policies regarding meet managemnet. This is a required class every two years to maintain Meet Manager Certification. This class will also serve as an Admin Official re-cert.
ANNUAL MEETING:
12:15 PM: REGISTRATION for Annual Meeting OPENS
1:00 PM General Meeting, Presentation of Budget, Election of Officers and presentation of Committee Reports. Tentative Minutes from May 7, 2016 If you have an item to discuss at the general meeting, contact the New England Office at [email protected]. Beverages will be served.
Coaches’ Meeting Directly after the General Meeting (not before 2:45 PM) until 4:45 PM: General Meeting and election of Coach Representative(s). All teams are required to send one coach representative to this meeting. If you have items to discuss, or are interested in running for the new Junior Coach Representative, contact Nicholas Rice.
