Swim Team Payment Information

Team dues vary depending on which 'session' you are registering.

SESSIONS

Year Round: September to August (Available to ALL groups except Bronze II)
Fall/Winter/Spring: September to May (available to all groups EXCEPT Platinum and Gold Select Elite which are year round programs)
Seasonal: 12 week sessions which take place in the Fall, Winter, and Spring and are only available to our 'II' groups (Bronze II, Silver II, Gold II, Gold Select II, Senior II)
Summer: The summer session is 10 weeks long and goes from Memorial Day to the 1st weekend in August. All Fall/Winter/Spring and Seasonal swimmers can add this on to their training if they do not register for Year Round in the Fall.

Payment Options -

SJAC Swim Families who register for the Fall/Winter/Spring or Year-Round swim sessions will have 2 payment options for the 2023/24 swim season, the 9-Month payment plan or the option to Pay in Full. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration and is deducted from the total amount due. A uniform fee of $130 for the Platinum Group and $65 for all Fall/Winter/Spring swimmers will be included in your payment plan.

9-Month Payment plan – Available to all Fall/Winter/Spring and Year Round swimmers

Typically starts Sept 1^st. If you register after Sept 1^st, it will start on Oct 1^st and go until June 1^st.

- i.e., Gold I Fall/Winter/Spring = $1845 + 65 – 200 = $1710/9 = $190/mo

***The 9-month payment plan is NOT a month-to-month swim option.All swimmers are still required to pay the balance of their fees if they withdraw after February.

Due on Sept 1^st for all Fall Programs or the 1^st of the first month following registration.

- Seasonal II teams will only have the option to ‘Pay In Full’
Seasonal II Teams will have the option to purchase a uniform for the team price of $65

ADDITIONAL FEES:

Uniform: $65 (all Fall/Winter/Spring and Year Round Swimmers); $135 (all Platinum Swimmers)
- SJAC uniform consists of (2) T-shirts, (2) Caps, and Team Suit.
- Platinum swimmers also receive a team warm-up and team bag as part of their uniform fees.
- Uniform purchase is mandatory and added to the pricing for all teams except the Seasonal II teams
- Seasonal II team swimmers may purchase uniform separately at the same cost
NL Aquatics Membership: $30-$40/month.
- Each family must maintain an NL Aquatic Center Family Membership while on the team. You can sign up for membership by CLICKING HERE. Please select ‘SJAC Family Membership (Single Child)' for families with 1 child; and ‘SJAC Family Membership (multi-child)' for families with 2 or more children.
USAS Swimming Registration: Swimmers will be required to maintain a USA Swimming Registration. You will be notified when USAS registration opens and we will send out a link and instructions on how to complete this. YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN PRACTICES UNTIL THE USA SWIMMING REGISTRATION IS COMPLETE!
Incomplete Service Hours: SJAC swim families will be required to complete volunteer hours set by the SJAC Parent Committee. Here are the volunteer responsibilities.
Administrative Charge: A $20 service fee will be charged for any changes made after registration has been processed... i.e. changing groups, cancellations, refund by check, etc.
Swim Meets - All fees associated with swim meets (except for the Team Travel Fees) can be found by selecting the meet from the 'Meets/Events page, and then clicking the link under 'Forms/Documents'
- Meet Fees - all Swim Meets charge a fee per event. Depending on the meet and the venue, there may also be a 'per swimmer' charge (in lieu of charging admissions at the event), a facility fee, etc.
- Travel Fees - To help us offset the expense of travel meets, we will be assessing a team travel fee of up to $25/swimmer/day for all swimmers attending travel meets. This is in addition to any fees assessed by the hosting team. For more informaiton on Travel Fees and policies, CLICK HERE
Credit Card Transaction Fees are currently at 2.95% + $.30/transaction; ACH Fees are currently $1.30/transactions. There is no fee to pay by check.

College Swimmers

SJAC College Swimmers who wish to swim with us will be charged $400 for the year to swim with the team during the summer and all holiday breaks. All swimmers MUST be registered with USA Swimming and have completed the Athlete Protection Training (free of charge).
