Once we have a set schedule, if you have any questions about practice hours or which group your swimmer is in, please email us. If you are a new swimmer, we will send information about evaluations before the season starts.
Practices are held at PWHS and Valley Forge Military Academy & College (VFMA) for the 2025-2026 season.
Times for swimmer groups and diving times may be adjusted as determined by coaches and the needs of the swimmers.
