Meet the HHAA Coaches:

At LaSalle, Mike was a part of a PIAA state record winning medley relay team and went on to set the team and PCL record in the 100 Breaststroke. He continued his swimming career at the University of North Carolina, serving as team captain in his senior year, was a participant in the 2016 Olympic Trials, the 2018 NCAA Championships, and a two-time record holder in 200 Breaststroke. Mike started coaching in 2016 with Club Kickstart at UNC and after graduation went on to work with Nation's Capital Aquatic Program as a Head Age Group Coach. While in D.C., he got the opportunity to also work at SwimLabs, a technical review school for high performing swimmers, where he developed high level technical skills and a passion for improving athlete's efficiency in the water. In 2020, he became the head coach of Central Bucks Swim Team (CBST) and also assisted with Central Bucks South High School the last 3 years. Mike's general philosophy focuses on quality over quantity, fostering a positive environment, and building athletes' confidence through practice and goal attainment. He is excited to join HHAA and Hatboro Horsham, eager to build upon the already supportive and strong community.
