Form 'C' for High School Swimming is no longer required

If an athlete is registered and valid, their high school times from observed conference and state championship meets should import just fine. If you encounter an athlete having an issue with times showing up in SWIMS, please reach out to Angie Dorsey for the Missouri State Championship meets and Greg Huskey for all others. 

As per USA Swimming, all athletes must be registered and valid members of USA Swimming at the time of these competitions. Coaches should focus their efforts on communicating with parents and athletes to make sure they are registered and have completed APT if need be. 

Additionally, USA Swimming requires these meets to be "Observed" in order to have times imported to SWIMS.  Two valid USA Swimming stroke and turn officials must be present at all high school championship meets and the meet host must apply for an Observation (similar to a sanction application).
