Use this form to apply for a sanction or approval for an upcoming meet. Intrasquad, dual, and tri meets must use the Blanket Sanction Form below.

Use this form to apply for an observation for an upcoming meet. (Primarily used for high school competition).

Submit Meet Announcement for Publishing

Use this form to forward your meet announcement to the MVS Webmaster for publishing on this site (as required by your MVS sanction). Please note that your sanction number MUST be listed in your meet announcement and you must include the meet events file.

Submit Meet Results to Missouri Valley Swimming

As required by the meet sanction, final results for all MVS sanctioned meets must me made available following the conclusion of the meet. All required files MUST be forwarded to the MVS Records Chair and the Webmaster. This form will send the appropriate files to both. You may also submit results for meets your teams attend outside the Missouri Valley LSC.

Financial Report of a Swim Meet

Use this form to report the financial results of a recent swim meet and must be submitted within 21 day following the completion of a meet.
