TAC TV

 

The Triangle Aquatic Center is proud to offer TAC-TV, our streaming network, for nearly all events at the Triangle Aquatic Center.  TAC-TV allows you to follow the action of every swim on your personal device while you are not at TAC to view the event as a spectator in the stands.  Please note that you should ideally use Wi-Fi or your own personal Hot Spot to view a live stream (cellular network service can be unreliable).  TAC Wi-Fi does not service the parking areas around our building.  

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT SUBSCRIBING TO TAC-TV

  1. Go to www.tv.triangleaquatics.org
  2. Click on the Subscribe Today button in the middle of the screen
  3. Select the Pay per View Option for the meet you wish to purchase.  Pricing for Pay per View events will vary depending on the length of the meet and the number of sessions. This subscription can allow for viewing on one device only at a time.  Your subscription purchase will remain active for 45 days so that you can watch the On Demand video after the event. The video will be available 24 hours after the event is concluded. 
  4. TAC-TV also offers an Annual Subscription option.  This gives you full access to the TAC-TV site to view all events produced by TAC-TV and all On Demand Recorded Videos for the entire term of your agreement. This subscription can allow for viewing on one device only at a time.  On Demand video will be available 24 hours after the event is concluded. 
  5. TAC-TV also offers Subscription Packages for certain events that will allow you to view multiple events of a similar nature (i.e. Short-Course Championship meet season).  This subscription will give you the same access as a Pay per View or Annual subscription but just for the meets included in the purcashed package.

TO SUBSCRIBE:​

  1. Enter a Username then your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, create a Password and select gender.
  2. Scroll down the page and enter the information below Stripe
    • Card Holder Name
    • Credit Card Number
    • Expiration Month
    • Expiration Year
    • CVV Code
  3. Scroll down to Payment Summary, review your subscription, and click Submit.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email that verifies the activation of your account.

  6. Please remember your Username and Password to be able to log back into TAC-TV

TO VIEW LIVE EVENTS ON TAC-TV:

  1. Go to www.tv.triangleaquatics.org
  2.  Log into your account 
  3. Click on the WATCH LIVE button at the top of the screen
  4. Click onto the logo of the meet you wish to watch/the meet that you have a subscription

TO VIEW ON DEMAND RECORDED VIDEOS ON TAC-TV:

  1. Go to www.tv.triangleaquatics.org
  2.  Log into your account 
  3. Click on the BROWSE VIDEOS button at the top of the screen
  4. Click onto the logo of the meet you wish to watch/the meet that you have a subscription
  5. Select the meet session you wish to watch
