ABOUT US:
Our Swim Team offers a small but competitive USA Swimming Swim Club, Swim lessons, Private Coaching, Small Group coaching, Video Analysis and many other services.
Swimmers graduate out of our Learn to Swim program and first become eligible for our Pre-Team. This serves to continue to build endurance and introduce techniques that will constantly be refined as swimmers continue to progress. Our swim team levels offer age and ability appropriate practice lengths and level of challenge to keep kids progressing to meet their goals and mix in some fun too. More detailed info on levels and costs to come.
USA SWIMMING:
All swim team members must be registered with USA Swimming. During your week trial we would forward the swim team signup packet that covers all the forms and policies to keep us in compliance with USA Swimming requirements. A Swim Team Registration form is required to be completed before the first practice session AFTER the trial period.
Parent information and resources are available through USA Swimming to advance parent and swimmer education around all aspects of the sport, from Nutrition, Mental Training, Technique, and Safe Sport Initiatives.

New parents can also ask to be connected with a more veteran parent on the team to get a little friendly guidance and tips on the ins and outs of meet singups, schedules, and equipment.
Swimming Caps and Goggles: Swimming caps are required for every swim team member. They are required in practice for any indivisdual with hair coming down below the ears. They are requred in competition for all individuals. Goggles are also required for all swimmers.
Cell Phone/Image Use: Please limit cell phone images and video to your own child.
Food and Drinks: No food or drinks other than water bottles are allowed in the pool area, especially glass bottles.
Pool Safety: All patrons must follow the rules set for by each aquatic facility.
