STAC is offering the opportunity to swimmers that are not swimming Long Course to continue practicing with the team from Monday, April 21 - Sunday, June 22.

  • No Meets 
  • No Volunteer Points
  • Must have a USA Swimming membership
  • Must have swim fins and snorkel  (Ultimate Swim Shop)

Spring Training swimmers must try out for short course. Swimmers will not be placed on the team without a tryout, regardless of whether they have swum on the team in the past or not.

Date & Time

Practice is on Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Sunday for most groups  beginning Monday, April 21- Sunday, June 22. There may be Sundays we must cancel practice due to meets. There are no make-up practices.

Training would follow the team practice schedule.

 

Cost:    (+ $15 registration fee charged during enrollment)

Novice - $515

Junior Prep 1 (JP1) - $535

Junior Prep 2 (JP2) - $565

Junior 1 (JR1) - $595

Junior 2 (JR2) - $625

Junior 3 (JR3) -  $635

Junior 4 (JR4) - $650

Senior 1 (SR1) - $665

Current STAC swimmers, please use your LC placement when enrolling in this clinic- no additional placement needed.

In pricing our Spring Training, we have taken into account that there might be pool closings beyond our control and have priced it accordingly.  There are no makeup practices.

USA SWIMMING Membership is required for all swimmers even if they will not attend meets.

Are you NEW to swimming? You must set up a parent account first- then add your swimmer. Use the USA Swimming link below.

Are you a STAC swimmer returning to swim after not swimming Short Course? You must contact us so we can renew your USA Swimming membership. STAC will renew the membership and charge your account the $100 fee or current membership rate.

Are you already a swimmer but new to STAC? You must complete USA Swimming's online transfer FIRST. Then, if you are already a 2024-25 USA Swimming member, you will be linked to our team. If you are not a current USA Swimming member, use our team link to renew your membership after you complete the transfer.
