Lessons are for children aged 5-13 who are interested in learning to swim more efficiently. Swimmers will improve their techniques in backstroke, butterfly, breaststroke, freestyle, starts, and turns. They will develop a feel for the water and learn the proper head position, body balance, streamlining, rotation, and undulation. Swimmers will be grouped based on their ability level.
