TEAM FEES – 2025-26
 
FALL/WINTER SHORT COURSE SEASON
September 2025 - March 2026
Meet fees are charged in addition to team fees, 
invoiced to your account after a meet has been swum.


USA SWIMMING REGISTRATION FEE = $100 per swimmer, both new and existing members. (USA-S may increase this fee)
 
Short Course begins the new season of membership. USA Swimming Registration opens September 1.
  • New Swimmers
Those who have never swum on a USA Swimming team must register directly with  USA Swimming. First, create a parent account, then attach your child to your account using STAC's Online Membership Registration Link. (available 9/1/25 HERE)
  • Existing STAC swimmers
STAC will renew all USA Swimming memberships for existing STAC swimmers.  The renewal cost will be charged to your account once your swimmer's membership is renewed at the beginning of the season. 

ADMINISTRATION FEE = $85 per family
 
Are you already a USA Swimming Member but new to STAC?  You must complete USA Swimming's online transfer after registering for the team.   Link to transfer directions.   (Summer League swimmers are not transfer swimmers)

LATE FEE  =  $75 per swimmer
There will be a late fee charged to Long Course swimmers  who register for Short Course after August 5th.

INTRO = $1735
or $300 deposit and 3 payments of $479*

NOVICE = $1895
or $300 deposit and 3 payments of $532*

JUNIOR PREP 1   (JP1) = $2110
or $300 deposit and 3 payments of $604*

JUNIOR PREP 2  (JP2) = $2240
or $300 deposit and 3 payments of $647*

JUNIOR 1  (JR1) = $2665
or $300 deposit and 3 payments of $789*

JUNIOR 2  (JR2) = $2740
or $300 deposit and 3 payments of $814*
 
JUNIOR 3  (JR3)  =  $2810
or $300 deposit and 3 payments of $837*
 
JUNIOR 4  (JR4)    =    $2845
or $300 deposit and 3 payments of $849*

SENIOR 1  (SR1) = $2875
or $300 deposit and 3 payments of $859*

SENIOR 2  (SR2) = $2980
or $300 deposit and 3 payments of $894*
 
SENIOR 3  (SR3)  =  $2980
or $300 deposit and 3 payments of $894*

► Payment plan payments are charged to your account on Oct. 1, Nov. 1, & Dec. 1

* Our payment plan option is available within the Short Course Registration. 

MEET FEES will automatically be invoiced to your account, and your credit card on file will be charged on the first of each month.   Meet fees are in addition to team fees.  
 
(NOTE: All swimmers are added to meets they qualify to swim in.  It's your obligation to sign your swimmer out of a meet before the sign-out deadline, or you will be charged the meet fees.)
 
Families registering more than one swimmer will receive a 5% sibling discount.
