When you register for the Swim Team, it reserves a space for your child on the team, and we staff according to the registrations. If you decide that you would like to leave the team before the season is over, we do require written notification to [email protected], and will adhere to the following cancelation schedule:  

Date registered to April 30 
If payment plan is selected: The initial $200 deposit is non-refundable.
If full payment is selected: Team fees minus $200 will be refunded.

May 1 - May 31 
If payment plan was selected: You are responsible for paying the $200 deposit and 1st payment of the STAC team fees.  
If full payment is selected: After deducting $200 from the full amount, half of the team fees will be refunded.

June 1 on  
You must pay 100% of the STAC team fees.

Medical refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Medical documentation is required. 

STAC will not refund any USA Swimming fees, administrative fees or initial $200 deposit under any circumstances.
