About:

The Allen club has a large swim school with in-water instructors teaching all four strokes to swimmers of all ages. When these swimmers have learned all the strokes, they move up to our Development swim team. Here they practice endurance and work on fine-tuning their strokes with our Coach being in the water with them, twice per week for one hour on Tues. and Thurs.

After one to four months in our Dev. group, swimmers progress to our Official USA Swimming Team, in our Bronze 2 group for up to three days per week for an hour. Then they advance to swim up to four days per week in our Bronze 1 group or our Silver 2, for an hour and fifteen minutes, choosing four out of five practice opportunities. These groups are shooting for their "B" times.

Our more advanced swimmers, whom regularly compete in USA Swimming meets, are in our Silver 1 group, choosing up to five out of our six practices. Our most dedicated and committed meet competitors swim in our Gold group, usually five days per week and they're shooting for their "BB to A" times. Silver 1, 2 and Gold are the groups on Saturday mornings 9:30-11 am. USA Meets are occasionally held on Friday evenings, and most often on Saturdays and Sundays.

Please text me at 214 538 8155 or email: [email protected] to join us for a full practice! Current members are able to arrange private lessons with me in groups of 4 lessons, 30-minutes each, for $200 added to your LT account.
