Beth Brown |  Head Coach

Hello. My name is Beth B. As a former high school swimmer & coach and triathlete I know the value of excellence, hard work & dedication. Swimming has taught me a lot about life. Two years ago, I was in a bicycle/car accident. By the grace of God li suffered very little to no physical injuries but increased anxiety and fear. I stopped doing everything I once loved and enjoyed. It was swimming and the support  of my family, friends, therapist and community who pulled me through and helped me learn healthy coping skills. Lifetime Allen has given me the opportunity not only to fulfill a dream, but also to share my love  and passion for teaching, coaching, instructing and inspiring all ages to learn how to swim and maybe even conquer their own fears. My other passion and love of my life are my two adult so sons, Noah (25) and Mason (23). I also know the challenge & joy of motherhood. Please allow our team of amazing coaches and instructors to teach you & your family.
