Our Coaches:

Head Coach | Paola Rodriquez

Coach Paola has been swimming since she was nine years old. She was a swimmer for the City of Dallas on the varsity team in high school. She fell in love with the sport and began teaching swim classes as well as coaching for the city of Dallas during the summers at 16. She has coaches ages 6 months to adults. She then advanced to the aquatics facility manager. Paola continued her aquatics career at Life Time in 2020. She wanted to get back on deck and began coaching once again during the summer 2022 at Life Time North Dallas. She is extremely excited to continue developing Life Time swimmers as the Garland Head Coach.
