Life Time Frisco offers, Group lessons, Swim Team Prep and Developmental - Gold levels of Swim Team.

About Frisco:

Opening in February of 2021, Frisco is an up-and-coming location that has grown to a team of over 100 swimmers. We currently offer Developmental, Bronze, Silver and Gold groups, and we are rapidly expanding! Within one year, Frisco has seen 1 A-level swimmer and many BB-level swimmers. Smaller group sizes allow coaches to offer technique correction and encouragement to each swimmer daily. Coach Bailey believes in building on swimmers’ strengths and prioritizing quality over quantity in training. We offer professional dryland training as well which is something many swim programs around do not offer.
