Dryland + Meetings before practices We are hoping to implement short dryland and meeting routines before practices. Dryland is a term that is used in competitive swimming for any physical activity used to compliment training outside of the water. This can include stretching, basic body weight exercises and team building activities. As swimmers advance in the sport dryland practices become more frequent. Congratulations to Simon Boariu who represented our team at the Oregon Swimming 11-14 State Championships this past Friday in Corvallis! Simon swam personal bests in the 200 IM and 50 Breaststroke.
