Things to Bring to Practice

  • Fins (Hydra blade short fin)

  • kick board

  • paddles (TYR Catalyst or Finis Agility paddles)

  • water bottle

  • pull buoy

  • center mount snorkel (TYR)

  • equipment bag

  • optional tempo trainer

  • Tennis Shoes, Shorts, and T-Shirts daily for dry land

Swimmers Should be Prepared for Practice by

  • Staying hydrated (drinking water) throughout the day 
  • Stretching ALL major muscle groups 
  • Going to the bathroom BEFORE practice
  • Eat bananas and drink orange juice to prevent cramping
