Rockwood Swim Club (RSCA) has been a staple in St. Louis county for over 30 years. During that time we have introduced thousands of kids to the fun, exciting environment of competitive swimming. Swimmers of all ages and abilities have a home in the Rockwood Swim Club family. We strive to give every swimmer the personal attention they deserve to continue their improvement.

Why Rockwood Swim Club?

Fun: Our enthusiastic, creative, well-trained coaches love to be on the pool deck teaching swimming. We work hard to create an environment that is safe and fun for swimmers at all levels to enjoy their sport.

Flexibility: Most of our groups offer 5-6 practice options each week, giving families the flexibility to choose a schedule that best meets their needs. In addition, our Bronze and Silver groups offer a dedicated North or South practice site to allow our youngest families to get the same great coaching a little closer to home.

Facilities: Indoors and out, we have some of the best pools in the area. In addition to utilizing all five indoor pools in the Rockwood School District, we are the only swim club in west St. Louis county to have our own 50-meter Olympic-sized outdoor training pool. This heated, state-of-theart pool is used by all of our groups from April - October.

Success in the Pool and Life: We do more than just teach kids more than how to swim, compete, and improve. We’re also committed to helping our athletes develop a work ethic, self-confidence, discipline, leadership, and other skills that are valuable for success in life. Many of our oldest swimmers choose to continue their swimming after high school, whether that is competing in college, masters swimming, or coaching as a job while in school. Swimming can truly be a lifelong sport while making friends and memories to last as well.

Recognition Award: The USA Swimming Club Excellence Program identifies swim clubs for their commitment to performance excellence. Rockwood Swim Club earned Bronze Medal Club Status for 2019, the only club in the region to do so.

SwimAmerica is lessons through Parkway-Rockwood Community Education.  These swim lessons teach all levels of swimming which lead into the Swim Club by level 10.  If you are not quite ready for the Swim Club but still want to fine-tune strokes or just learn to swim, please contact SwimAmerica at 636-891-6630 or go to the website at www.prcommunityed.org.
