If you are on a committee, i.e. Concessions, Hospitality, Social, please use our Missouri Tax Exempt Letter when purchasing items. We are in the process of obtaining a purchase card for these purposes as well. We will let you know when this is done.
Volunteer needs
Non-Board Positions needed:
- Stroke and Turn Officials - We always need new officials. RSCA prides itself on having some of the best officials out there. There will be clinics set up throughout the year for training. We also need our Stroke and Turn Officials to take the extra step to move up to Starter, Deck Ref, and Meet Ref. Most of our Meet Refs swimmers have all graduated, so we need to get some help here.
- Admin Officials - Runs the computer or timing system. We can all agree that the timing system and computer are important to get our the swimmer's times correct at the meets we host.

Board meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month.
Rockwood Swim Club is always looking for parents that would like to get more involved with Swim Club operations. All our board positions are volunteer positions and give you the unique opportunity to provide your input and contribute to this nationally recognized swim team. And don't forget, this is for the kids! Please contact the office or the club president if you have an interest in a Board Position.
