PNS is sending 2 swimmers and 1 coach to the Western Zone Diversity Camp. We are encouraging swimmers from the under-represented populations in swimming by bringing a small group together from throughout the west in Hayward California to instill a vision of what is possible when we work to be inclusive. Attached are the applications for the swimmers and the parents - apply if your swimmer and/or you is interested in attending and meet with qualifications. For HS Group, please follow the schdule as we have added weekend practices for you (you need to follow the indicated practice times).

To all PDST parents, swimmers and all meet volunteers: Due to the snow situation last night (Feb 8th), OCA and PDST decided to postpone the start of Sunday sessions by 2 hours. That is – session 3 will start at 11am (warmup time by 10AM), instead of 9am as previously scheduled, and session 4 will start at 3:45pm, instead of 1:45pm as previously scheduled. Due to the upcoming KingCo Boy's High School Champ meet, the following PDST practices were adjusted for Feb 14th: 1. Age Group Friday Feb 14th practice (4.30-6.15PM) at JCC is canceled (moved to Wed). Age Group will practice on Wed. Feb 12th 7.30PM-8.55PM at Hazen pool. 2.
