VAST Fall Classic hours input

Brad and Charis Tucker

Hello VAST Fall Classic volunteers!

The hours for this meet have been input, with adjustments for families that stayed additional time.

To view your current hours, follow the steps below

  1. Go to www.swimvast.org
  2. Log into your account
    1. If you are not directed away from the homepage after logging in, click on the silhoette in the upper right corner of the VAST homepage and select My Account
  3. On the left side bar on the back office page, use your mouse to hover over My Account (if not automatically taken there)
    1. On the sub bar that opens, click on Account Info
  4. On the Account Info page, there will be tabs towards the top running horizontally across the screen.
  5. Select the Service Hours tab

Your volunteer obligation balance will be on the right of the screen. Positive value numbers indicate the number of hours still needed to meet your volunteer obligation. A negative number value indicates that you have met your obligation, and are working towards earning credit ot be applied to your account after the closing of the next volunteer trimester. There will be a corresponding entry on the left of the screen for every value (these will be jobs worked, trimester hours reset etc). You will also be able to see prior trimester hours earned.

*If you believe that there is an error with your hours, please email me with the Date/Day of the shift worked, the position worked, the name of the person who worked, the name of the account that should be credited the hours and the start and end time of the shift worked. Please note that any billing inquiries should be directed to Suzanne.

You can view the VAST volunteer policy here .

Again, a huge thank you to all the famlies that came and worked. You were amazing, and it ensured that we were able to run a smooth and successful meet!

Please watch for additional volunteer opportunities for this trimester with the Intersquad meet, as well as assigned timing lanes at the remaining meets for this fall!
