This area of the site has information and links for everything you will need to know about our practices. We don't have an attendance policy on our team, but remember that going to practice is very important for your swimmers development. Coaches plan the workout with new skills and different focuses in mind and if your swimmer is not there they are probably missing out on something the rest of the group is learning.
