Timers for Age Group Champs

Hello VAST families!

We have gotten the timing assignements for PNS Age Group Champs this upcoming weekend! You can sign up here . The timeline is approximate, but these sessions look to be long! This will be a great opportunity for families still looking to get hours for trimester 1 to complete their obligation.

As per VAST policy, if we are unable to fill these spots with volunteers, the shifts will be broken into shorter shifts and assigned to VAST families with swimmers in attendance.

*Reminder, trimester 1 ends December 31st. This is one of the last chances to earn hours towards your volunteer commitment.

2. Towards the top of the page, scroll to the right on the screen, you will see a tab for Service Hours
3. The number shown on the top right of the page is your current hours for this trimester
   1. A positive number value indicates hours still owed
   2. A negative number value are the number of hours that you have worked beyond the obligation. Those hours will be applied in the form of credit to you account in February. *it takes apporximately a month for us to audit hours and enter them into the system.
