Happy New Year and Welcome Back everyone. We've been very focused on training these past few weeks and the team has made enormous strides. What an exciting time around WEST! Not only are the holidays and New Year quickly approaching, but we are also in the midst of our Mid-Season Short Course Championships. Last weekend we had outstanding performances at the PNS 14 & Under Championships including an overall 10th place Team Finish and two individual Champions - Jon Cook and Nicole Limberg.
