Fall Yard/Gym Sale - Next Saturday Our first fundraiser of the year is right around the corner! We are looking for volunteers! Happy Labor Day Weekend everyone, I hope everyone is excited about getting back to swimming and school! Summer went by way too fast, like it always does, but everyone around WEST is looking forward to getting back to normal fall operations. Registration is now open for the 2013-2014 season - we will give first priority to currently enrolled WEST swimmers until August 23rd and will then open it up on a first-come, first-served basis. Please complete the Registration Packet and return it to the office with payment for the WEST Registration Fee (Note: the registration fee is $200 if registering before Sept 1st. This Friday, we will NOT be holding our "optional" workout at WEST. Instead we will do a group open water swim at Martha Lake from 8-10am. Please meet at the main beach of Martha Lake ( click here for a map) at 8am. Coaches will plan to swim with the kids and we will have someone paddle a kayak for extra safety. Thank you to everyone for such a successful PNS Championships! The meet ran very smoothly, even despite some technical challenges with the KCAC touchpads and starting systems. We had great feedback all weekend from other coaches and officials on both the running of the meet and especially hospitality.
