What is Dryland Bootcamp? WEST has partnered with Engineered Sports in Everett to offer a functional strength training class. The class will focus on body awareness and strength that directly applies to swimming and everyday use of your body, as well as injury prevention. Why is Dryland training so important? I have just received word from both Meet Directors for the Sockeye (KCAC) and Thunderbird (Anacortes) Meets (May 18th & 19th) and we can squeeze some swimmers in each meet. Sockeye has room for our 13 and over swimmers on Saturday and Sunday ONLY and Thunderbird has room for our 12 and under swimmers.
