Senior Open Meet (host: PLS).25 PST swimmers are registered to compete. Volunteer Jobs will open on our website on Monday, March 4th at 8pm and will close on Wednesday, March 6th at midnight. Please note: we have a relatively small number of swimmers attending this meet but we will still have a fair number of volunteer jobs. If you have a swimmer attending this meet, please make sure you sign up for a job irrespective of whether you have already fulfilled your hours. All open jobs will be assigned on Thursday morning. Swimmers need to be ready to warm-up at 8am. |

| We often think about helping our swimmers shift their mindset regarding practice to focus on the positives and opportunities that each practice provides. Parents can shift their mindsets as well when it comes to volunteering at meets. Try to think of volunteering as a way to become more engaged with the sport, a chance to interact and get to know some of the other swim parents, and a way to shift from being a spectator to being actively engaged in the smooth running of something which is important to your child. |

| You do not need to be a swimmer yourself to volunteer as an official. Anyone can go through the training process to learn the rules and volunteer. If volunteering as an official interests you, please reach out to Osa Wolff, PST’s officials coordinator. |
