| Learn about PST’s Action Plan to Address Bullying. Bullying of any kind is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. It’s counterproductive to team spirit and can be devastating to a victim. PST is committed to providing a safe, caring and friendly environment for all members. If bullying occurs, all athletes and parents should know that incidents will be dealt with promptly and effectively. Anyone who knows that bullying is happening is expected to tell a coach or board member. Thank you for being part of PST’s shared commitment to providing a safe environment for all participants. |

- Bronze to swim with Silver from 8-10am. No dry land for either group
- Platinum weight room is cancelled. Swim practice starts at 12pm sharp

Officials Corner: |
| The USA Swimming 2024 Rule Book lays out the standards that officials apply. But as a volunteer official, would you need to memorize every rule in the book? No – most officials serve as Stroke and Turn judges, who focus on pages 21-25. That’s it, just a few pages! If volunteering as an official interests you, please reach out to Osa Wolff, PST’s officials coordinator.

| FastSwims will now allow for updates on meet entry times after a meet has closed. If your swimmer has dropped a lot of time between signing up for a meet and the actual meet, please check to see if their entry times can be modified so they can be seeded correctly. **This function might not be available to all meets and no other modifications can be made. |

C/B/BB LCM Meet (host: SRVA). All swimmers should attend. Be ready to sign up as soon as it opens as historically this meet filled up within a few hours! |
| 6/1-2: |
Senior Open (host: Crow). All 13&Older swimmers from Gold, Platinum and YRHS should attend. 11-12 year olds with qualifying times should attend as well. |

Reno Gamble Age Group Meet. Everyone should attend! More details to come soon. |
