National Programs (By Coaches Invite)
Machine Aquatics is proud to offer 2 different options of our National Level programs:
Senior Program - National Preparation - 6 - 9X A Week (by coaches invitation)
Senior Program - National Team - 7 - 11X A Week (by coaches invitation)
Senior Program- NATIONAL PREP- 6-9X per week (by coaches invitation)
Senior- National Prep Program
Ages 13 & Over
6-9X workouts per week- Senior Program Program
Avg. 9- 14 Hours per week
Advanced Training & Aggressive goal setting. The bar is set high and participants are expected to make ALL scheduled workouts. Swimmers are required to compete in meet competition schedule set by coaches. Swimmers must have the desire & commitment to train. The following practice days & times may be combined to customize your schedule. Minimum SIX (6) workouts per week. This is an 11 month (45 week) program. Long Course options will be offered in early April 2017.
All workouts include water time and dry land workouts, as appropriate per level.

Swimmers NEW to Machine for the 2016- 2017 season, must attend a series of practice evaluations in order to be approved for this group.
Existing Machine swimmers must have written recommendation or written coaches approval for this group.
New swimmers to Machine require coaches evaluation. Please attend one of the schedule team evaluations. For additional information call (703) 281-1500.
