Dryland Training at the Mill

Hello Machine Parents and Athletes!

The Mill is excited to kick off our Summer Dryland Training Program. Beginning June 16th, we will meet Monday & Wednesdays @ 11-12 pm. Our goal is to provide athletes with the opportunity to make gains in strength, power, speed, and conditioning. We know swimmers get most of their conditioning needs in the pool, so our main focus is to drive strength and power. Our sessions are designed so athletes of all experience levels and abilities are appropriately challenged. Light weights and scaled movements are used initially to build confidence and capacity and we let athletes advance at their own pace. If you would like to be a part of our training classes this summer, you can purchase a punch card HERE

Please let me know if you have any questions about the program or gym.

Looking forward to working with you this summer!
