Meet Information for this Week

 

NCAP Autumn Kingfish Splash - OPEN TO 9&O FAIRFAX SITES AND 8&U ALL VA SITES

October 18-19, 2024

The St. James, 6805 Industrial Road, Springfield, VA 22151

 

Please note the meet is now two sessions: the 9-10 and 11-12 combined both afternoons:

Sat- Session 1 13&Over, 8&Under Warm up: 7:30am Events: 8:45am 

Sat- Session 2 9-10 & 11-12 Warm up: 1:00pm Events: 2:00pm

Sun- Session 3 13&Over Warm up: 7:30am Events: 8:45am 

Sun- Session 4 10&U and 11-12 Warm up: 12:30pm Events: 1:30pm 

 

*Parking at the St. James can be difficult. Please make sure your swimmer arrives 15 mins before warm-ups start.

We will have the following dates for TYR Tech Suit sizing.

Suits are for sizing only. We will not have suits for same-day take home purchases. All orders will be shipped directly to you by Machine and should arrive within 3-5 days.

October Fitter Faster Camps

We want to highlight an excellent swim camp opportunity happening nearby this October that we believe will benefit many of our athletes. These camps are produced by Fitter and Faster and offer high-level instruction, small group settings, and a focus on technique that aligns with what we are building in practice.

To help make the Springfield camp even more accessible, we are helping subsidize the cost of registration for the first 20 Machine families. Fitter and Faster has been running swim camps in our area for over a decade, and we consistently receive great feedback from families who attend. These October camps are phenomenal opportunities for your swimmer to receive focused feedback, work with elite clinicians, and gain an extra boost of confidence.

Volunteer Hours

 

We can not do this without you! Thank you so much for donating your time at our swim meets. Machine Aquatics has a $100 volunteer fee. We refund this to you when you have completed your 22 hour volunteer requirement. This is time spent helping out at meets or with other special projects that may come up during the season.

 

Please send your hours as you complete them to our volunteer form by clicking below. We are tracking them for you. When you reach 22 hours, we will process a refund check for you.

Team Store Order Pick Up Hours

 

Team Store orders are available for pick up from the Machine Performance Center, 204D Mill St, Vienna, VA 22180. 

 

Our pick up hours are:

 

Monday - Thursday 2:00 - 7:00 pm and Saturday/Sunday 8:30 am - 12:00 pm
