Photo and Media Coordination

Coordinating the photography day for the girls’ swim and dive team help to ensure the team photos and senior banners are available for the season.  Please talk with the boosters if you have additional questions or comments. We are all happy to walk through it.

  • Team Photo Day Coordinator
    • Description: 
      • This person would need to work with the coaches and possibly connect with the photographer (David Banks is the current photographer for individual team photos).  They will need to obtain pricing, etc and set up the session for the individual and team photos.  This person would then also be available on the day of the photos to help coordinate, etc. 
    • Assignment:
      • Coordinate with the photography studio on timing, pricing and set up the schedule.  Attend the day of the photos to assist with any coordination or issues.
    • Timeline: 
      • This is usually set up in July once the meet calendar is released. The session date should be set for around conference relays.  Approximately 2 to 5 hour time commitment.
