This is our last meet of the season! Please come out and support our team for DOLPHINS TEAM SPIRIT NIGHT! Come dressed in your Dolphins gear, old or new and anything Green! Let's close out the season with tons of DOLPHIN PRIDE!

HCP Dolphins vs. Oyster Point

Meet Date: Wednesday, June 18, 2025

Swimmer Arrival Time: 4:45 PM

Swimmers

  • Arrive at the pool in your team swim suit with your swim cap and goggles
  • Check-in with Jr. Jr. Coaches at the Sharpie Station
  • Warm-up begins promptly at 5:00PM
  • "Swimmers Only Area" should be your child's home base during the meet

PLEASE NOTE: Until your child has completed all of his/her events, please DO NOT allow them to exit the main pool area or go to the playground. Swimmers should stay with the team in the Swimmers Only Area until they have finished all of their events.

  • Parents are expected to keep their child with the team as much as possible to ensure the Volunteer Rounders can find them quickly for their upcoming event.
  • Our Rounders and Clerk of Course work exceptionally hard getting swimmers prepared for their upcoming events. Please do NOT bring your child directly to their lane. Coaches and volunteers will be present to help make sure swimmers know where to go and what stroke to swim.  

 

Closed / Off Limit  Areas

  • The baby pool and the stairs at the shallow end of the pool are CLOSED for the duration of the swim meet
  • Please DO NOT allow your child to play in these areas

 

Parking

  • The pool parking lot is reserved for the opposing team
  • Hobcaw families should park at the field behind the tennis courts or along Ansley Court
  • Please DO NOT block the entrance onto the field from Ansley Court
  • Consider biking, carpooling or driving a golf cart to minimize street parking

 

Volunteers

  • Please check-in with Betsy Fraser or Sarah Ellen Corney at the Volunteer Check-In Station upon arrival
  • All Timers & Stroke Judges should meet promptly at 5:40PM inside the clubhouse

 

Seating

  • The opposing team will occupy the left side of the pool deck
  • HCP Dolphin families are welcome to setup beach / lawn chairs on the shallow end of the pool deck (near the concessions)
  • Please leave space for all guests to line up for concessions

 

Concessions

  • Food: burgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs, pizza, chips and candy
  • Drinks: Water, Gatorade
  • Accepted Payment: Cash and Venmo ONLY

 

SPECIAL Pelican's Snoballs!

  • We're pleased to have shaved ice from Pelican's at our home meets!
  • Accepted Payment: cash, credit card, Apple Pay and Cash App

 

Other Considerations

  • No glass on the pool deck/facility
  • Please try to ensure swimmers are with their age group at all times so no one misses their event.
  • No one is allowed in any part of the pool unless swimming in an event.
