Volunteer Positions

If you are ready to sign-up for your volunteer positions, please go to our Volunteer Sign-Up page.

Your active participation makes each swim season a success! Each swimmer's parent(s)/guardian(s) over the age of 18 is REQUIRED to complete a minimum of two volunteer shifts (per family) this season. Shifts must be selected at two separate meets. Both volunteer slots should be reserved prior to our first swim meet on May 21st.

Any necessary training will be provided the evening of your shift. Please be aware that certain position requirements, particularly arrival and end times, may not coincide with your swimmer's meet event's schedule. Also note that some positions will require your undivided attention for the duration of the meet, so please plan accordingly.

If you are unable to work your shift, we request that you find another volunteer to cover for you and let us know ahead of time who will be filling in for you. All positions must be filled by adults only.

Without your help, swim meets are just not possible. Thank you in advance for your support and involvement!
