Swim Meet Declaration Instructions

All swimmers must be identified (aka "declared") no later than the Friday BEFORE each swim meet (5 days in advance of most meets).

If a swimmer has not been declared by this deadline, he/she will not be able to swim in the event. We cannot add swimmers to the heat sheets past the deadline.

Step 1

Login to your account on HCPDolphins.com.

Step 2

Scroll down to the "Upcoming Events" section. There you will see a tab called "Team Events".

Step 3

Under "Team Events", find the meet date on which you wish to declare your swimmer(s)' intent to swim and select "Edit Commitment". This must be done for each swim meet separately.

Step 4

Select the name of the child you wish to declare and under the "Sign-Up Record" click "Select" and then "Yes".

Step 5

Finally, click on the square next to "Day 1 / Session 1" and select "Save Changes". Do this separately for each child.
