Volunteer Sign-Up Instructions

Prior to signing up for your volunteer positions, please review the Volunteer Position Descriptions.

Your active participation makes each swim season a success! Each swimmer's parent(s)/guardian(s) over the age of 18 is REQUIRED to complete a minimum of two volunteer shifts (per family) this season. Shifts should be selected at two separate meets. Both volunteer slots should be reserved prior to our first swim meet on May 21st.

Without your help, swim meets are just not possible. Thank you in advance for your support and involvement!

Step 1

Login to your account on HCPDolphins.com.

Step 2

Scroll down to the "Upcoming Events" section. There you will see a tab called "Team Events".

Step 3

Under "Team Events", find the meet date on which you wish to volunteer and select "Job Sign-Up".

Step 4

Select the position you would like to fill. Please ensure that you have selected TWO positions on TWO separate event dates.
