6 reasons why athletes should try water polo.  Among her reasons are: improved swimming skills, a great sport for any body shape, it will improve mental toughness, better communication, lots of opportunity for growth, and fun!  It's like basketball, soccer, and hockey all wrapped up into a pool.

Midlakes Water Polo is a recreational league that emphasizes sportsmanship, education,
skill development, and participation through friendly competition.

Water Polo is open to any member of the 26 Midlakes Teams.
