WHAT IS THE STROH RANCH ANTHOLOGY SWIM TEAM?

  • The SRA Swim Team is a Recreational Summer Swim Team that swims out of the Anthology and Stroh Ranch HOA Neighborhoods. Non-residents are allowed to join the team, but residents get priority.
  • The SRA Swim Team teaches youth swimmers (ages 6 - 18) how to swim technical strokes (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly) and compete in swim meets. Swimmers need to be able to swim at least one of these strokes 25 yards (one length of a pool) to join the swim team. As a developmental swim team, we teach swimmers how to swim each stroke over the course of the season.
  • We will offer a Guppies program for swimmers (ages 5 - 8) who can not swim the full length of the pool and need more support. This program will allow these swimmers more hands-on teaching and will practice two days a week.

WHEN DOES SWIM TEAM OCCUR?

  • The swim team season runs from Tuesday, May 27th to Saturday, July 19th, but the majority of the team will end swim competitions on Saturday, June 28th.
  • Swim Meets are scheduled for May 31st, June 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th and start early Saturday mornings and end by 2:00 pm.

WHERE DO THE PRACTICES AND SWIM MEETS HAPPEN?

  • We have a number of highly qualified coaches on our coaching team. Safety in the pool is our #1 priority and we work hard to manage a roster of paid and volunteer coaches who assist in managing swimmers during our practices. Click here to see more details about our coaching team.

WHAT IS THE COST TO PARTICIPATE? WHAT IS INCLUDED?

  • Tuition for new resident swimmers is $165.00 for the entire season. Tuition for returning resident swimmers is $190.00 and all non-resident swimmers is $240.00. Tuition covers the costs of running the team and paying for coach salaries.
