Local Year-Round Club Swim Teams
If your child enjoyed swimming in our summer team and wants to continue swimming in a year-round setting, we suggest looking for a year-round swim team. All of these swim teams are local to the Douglas County/Aurora area and have different team cultures. Swim teams will typically host try outs during July and August. ACES Swim Club - If you love swimming and are considering joining a year-round cluib, come to practice and find out more! ACES invites prospective swimmers to come meet our coaches and join them for practices at Smoky Hill High School at 4:30 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, starting the week of June 16th and running through July 9th. Aspire Aquatics of Colorado Swim Team: If you're eager to join our competitive program when the season begins in September 2025, please complete the Tryout Interest Form on our website and come ready to dive in! We’re always thrilled to welcome both new prospects and returning athletes to our community. We are offering traditional club swimming as well as a High School Conditional Program to prepare summer club and recreational swimmers for the high school swim season. Tryouts will be held Monday, July 14th and Tuesday, July 15th from 5:00–6:00 PM at Grandview High School. Please email Head Coach & Owner Karen Ammon with any questions.
Aquawolves Swim Team: Are you ready to take your swimming to the next level? Come check out Aquawolves Swim Team! Tryouts for swimmers 10+ will be during practices from June 1st - July 14th or on July 14th. 10-12 year old swimmers from 6:00 - 7:00 pm and 13+ from 7:00 - 8:00 pm. All tryout practices at the Cherry Creek High School Pool. Castle Rock "ROCK" Swim Team: ROCK Swim Team will have a prospective swimmer meeting on July 9th from 7:00 - 8:00 pm and will hold tryouts at Butterflied Park Pool on July 15th & 16th from 6:45 - 8:00 pm. Colorado Athletic Club Swim Team: The Stingrays will hold tryouts on August 18th, 19th & 20th at the Colorado Athletic Club. Click here for more details. For specific questions, please contact Coach Emily via email.

FORM Swim Team: FORM is hosting open tryouts on July 15th, 16th & 17th at Eaglecrest High School from 3:45 - 4:45 pm. Lifetime Colorado Swim Team (Parker Location): We accept new swimmers & transfers of all ages and abilities throughout the entire year.
Swim TLC Parker Phenomena Swim Team : Try-us-out clinic will be Monday Aug. 18 and Tuesday Aug. 19, 2025 at the Parker Recreation Center 7-8pm. Athletes will only need to attend 1 night. No need to fill out any forms or anything, swimmers just need to show up with a swimsuit, goggles and towel. This team swims out of the Parker Recreation Center but is not otherwise affiliated with the Parker Recreation Center programming.
High School Swim Teams
For Douglas County High School Swimming, Girls season is Mid-November through Mid-February and it's a no-cut sport. Boys season runs Mid-February through Mid-May. If you are interested in swimming for swimming with Ponderosa High School or Elizabeth High School (Girls) please email Coach Nateal Wiepert. If you are interested in swimming for Legend High School (Girls) please email Coach Jill Milla. If you are interested in swimming for Chapparel High School (Girls), please email Dominik Ziolek. And for the Parker Co-Op Swim Team for all three Parker High School Boys Swim & Dive teams, please email Coach Nateal Wiepert. if interested. For home school, private school or early c colleges students, CHSAA allows students to swim for the closest high school team to their home or their private school (if the school does not have a swim team). Reach out to these high school swim coaches to see how you can get your student involved with Douglas County High School Swimming. CARA
The Colorado Association of Recreational Athletics (CARA) Year Round Swim Team is designed to be a program with a strong recreational format for the non-ranked, non-sanctioned participant. This program is run out of the Parker Recreation Center and more information can be found here.
