The Rio del Oro Rapids are a recreational, family‑focused swim team based at Rio del Oro Sports Club. Our 2026 season runs April 1 through the end of July, with optional pre‑season swim clinics available in March.
We are proud to be one of the founding members of the Nor‑Cal Swim League, a 26‑team organization competing across four conferences.
In 2026, the Rapids are moving up to the Comstock Conference, joining some of the league’s largest and fastest programs. Conference opponents include the Elk Grove Piranhas, Glen Oaks Sea Lions, Johnson Ranch Barracudas, and Woodcreek Sea Wolves. We’re excited for the challenge and the opportunity to race against top competition all season long.
