Please see the following information about our waitlist: 

• The Woodhaven waitlist is an ongoing list that we obtain year over year.  Once you join the waitlist, you have 5 years to register before your name gets removed from the list

• The waitlist requires a $100 deposit - this deposit will be deducted from the first year initiation fee. Starting June 1, 2025 the initiation fee will be $500.00

• First round of waitlist registration will go to those who were on the list first - in other words - first come first serve :)

• The amount of members that will be offered registration depends on how many spots we have open until we are at capacity

• Registration for waitlist will begin on May 1st and goes for 3 days until midnight on May 3rd.  If we are not at capacity after the first round of waitlist registration, we will open round 2 of waitlist registration on May 5th for 3 days until May 7th at midnight. We will continue offering registration to those members on the waitlist until we are at capacity

• You will stay on the list for 5 years.  Once a waitlist member is registered as a member, they will be removed from the list and the remaining waitlist members will be moved up.
